- Boil Rajma in pressure cooker with salt and bay leaf for 3 whistles.
- In a pan heat oil/ghee, saute onions till transparent.
- Add tomatoes, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste.
- , Mix well, add all the dry masalas, cover and cook on slow flame till oil leaves the pan.
- Add rajma, and cook on slow flame for 15 minutes.
- Keep it aside to cool.
- Assembling the papad
- Roast the papad on tawa.
- Immediately put rolling pin in the center of the papad to give the shape of Tacos.
- In papad put all the veggies one by one, sauces, and garnish with cheese and coriander leaves.
- Serve and have immediately.
