- Prepare 250 ml whole milk
- Get 125 g unsalted butter
- Prepare 300 g tapioca flour

- Heat the milk and the butter in a saucepan until frothing. Put the flour in a bowl or food processor. If using a food processor then add the hot milk and melted butter as mixing.

- Add the grated cheese and eggs and keep mixing until combined.
- Spoon mixture into little dollops on a pre-lined baking tray. You will need to keep them 5cm apart.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 30 mins until golden brown and puffed!
- Eat with herb butter and cold beer. Best served warm!
