- Combine coconut, pearl onion,green chilli, garlic, jeera,curry leaves, turmeric powder, using your finger tips.
- Make it well in the center of the mashed tapioca and add coconut mixture.cover it with tapioca.mix it well.You can drizzle some coconut oil of it this stage if you like.
- Cover in it cook with 5-7 mins in low flame.
- Heat the oil in a pan and crackcle the mustard.add slice onion and curry leaves.when onions turn light brown add coconut and fry it.till it becomes golden brown.
- Add this to the cooked tapioca mixture and it mix well.
