Steps to make Mousakhan:
- Start by cleaning your chicken and patting dry. Coat generously with olive oil, salt and pepper. Add a little water to the bottom of your roasting pan so the chicken won't stick. Roast until cooked thoroughly, then remove the meat from the bones.
