  15. Shape each piece into a small ball.
  16. Leave the balls in the oven of 40°C for 40 minutes to rise until double in size.
  17. (This time, before baking, paint each buns with egg yolk and sprinkle with white sesame.)
  18. Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes.

Next time I'll make a thicker green tea. As for the taste, with me cutting down the sugar and butter, its not too sweet and buttery, just like how I like my plain buns, again, not much of a green tea smell or taste.
