  3. Add Turmeric powder, carrots, salt and mix well.
  4. Add tamarind pulp and add 1 cup of water and cook for 10-15 minutes, till the carrots are soft enough.
  5. Serve hot with chapatis and rice, garnished with the coriander leaves.
