Instructions to make Cada muesli:
  1. Cut and core apple. Chop and place in food processor.
  2. Chop dates and almonds. Add to food processor.
  3. Add the coconut and sunflower seeds.
  4. Blitz until wet mixture forms.
  5. Pour into container.
  6. Serve. We added to yoghurt, cereal, overnight oats or eat alone.
