- Cut the figs in 4 vertically and place them on the center of the salad, also forming a circle
- Fill the space in the center of the figs with the marmelade
- Sprinkle the sunflower seeds con top of the cheese and then put the chopped lettuce also con top
- Add the salt and the olive oil
