  1. Take 2 spns warm water in a bowl add yeast and sugar to it
  2. Mix well and let it sit till the yeast rise
  3. Then in a big bowl take flour,milk powder, oil (bhi little) and add salt
  4. Make like a well and add yeast mixture in that - Knead the dough
  5. When the dough has come together, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead until smooth and elastic, about 7- 8 minutes.
  6. Keep the dough covered in a warm place till it doubles. Let rise for 60 minutes or more
  7. When the dough doubles roll it in a rectangular shape on a floured surface
  8. Apply the garlic & herb mix evenly
  9. Again fold it like a log and roll it over the roasted seeds so that they stick to the log.
  10. Grease a bread baking tin and place the lig in it
  11. Keep it for second proofing for around 30 minutes
  12. Preheat the oven for ten minutes and place the baking tin at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  13. Remove and let it cool completely before cutting into the slices.

Golden flaxseed works equally well; it will produce a much lighter brown loaf. For best results, just be sure to use fresh flaxseed meal; flaxseed meal can.
