  1. Take 200 gm Milkmaid
  2. Prepare 2 cup Dry fruits {Almond, Cashew, foxnut, walnuts)
  3. Prepare 1 cup mix Seeds (Pumpkin,melon, sunflower, alsi)
  4. Prepare 2 bowl Desiccated Coconut
  5. Get 1/2 cup Raisins
  6. Take 1/2 cup black current
  7. Get 3-4 tbsp Ghee

Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool. Dry roast all the seeds, makhana and nuts separately. Coarsely grind all the above ingredients. Now in a pan add ghee.

Instructions to make Coconut with Seeds and Nut Panjiri:
  1. First roast the Dry fruits in 2 tbsp ghee on low to medium flame till they have crunchy texture.
  2. Separate the dryfruits in another plate and let them cool..and then grind it..if you want nutty flavour in your panjiri then don't grind it coarsely.
  3. Now roast the coconut in 2 tbsp ghee just till veryyy little brown..
  4. Now mix seeds, blackcurrant, raisins and dry fruit mix in it. Roast it little more then add milkmaid in it..
  5. Mix it properly and transfer it to greased mould..cut it after cool down..serve it..

Roast the fennel, ajwain, turmeric and poppy seeds in this. Add coconut powder and then add jaggery. Mix the ground seeds, nuts etc. with the above mixture.
