- Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Wash and dry the tofus to remove moisture. Then, cut into squarish bite size.

- You can deep fry or pan fry. Heat oil in a pan and insert coated tofu only when oil is hot. If pan fry, flip tofu when it is lightly brown on one side. Alternatively, bake coated tofus at 180°C in a preheated oven for 15 mins. Flip tofus and bake for another 15 mins.
- Place fried/baked tofu in a bowl. Heat pan and pour in the mixed sauce ingredients. When sauce starts to sizzle, stir in tofus to coat with the sauce.
- Tofus should be well coated after stirring for 2 mins. Add chopped spring onions to garnish.
Top with green onions and sesame seeds and enjoy. PREP: Cut the tempeh into cubes and place them in a glass container. SAUCE: Combine all of the teriyaki sauce ingredients, except for the corn flour and cold water, into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until the sauce is heated through and the sugar has dissolved.
