Bring to a boil and allow to simmer. Add the sweetcorn, peas and drained tuna to the tomato sauce. While the pasta cooks, gently fry the spring onions in the oil until soft. Drain the cooked pasta and put back into the pan.
Instructions to make Tuna and Sweetcorn Pasta:
- Boil the pasta in the water with salt and butter for about 12-15 minutes.
- Add the sweetcorn about 5 minutes before turning the pan off.
- Once cooked, drain for about 5 minutes.
- In another small bowl mix the cheese, mayonnaise and tuna.
- Once it's all done mix the pasta with the rest of the ingredients and serve. (you can have it hot if you prefer just have to heat it all for about 5 minutes.)
Add the softened spring onions, tuna, drained sweetcorn and mayonnaise. Stir gently until all the pasta is coated in the mixture. Transfer to two ovenproof baking dishes and top with the remaining cheese. If eating immediately, grill until golden. Alternatively, keep chilled for up to one day.
