  8. Pat the fish dry and roll the fish in lemon pepper seasoning (I buy mine from DeKalb farmers market)
  9. When the oil is hot, add the fish and allow to sear for about 3 minutes each side.
  10. Add salt and pepper to taste to the quinoa. Also mix in almonds.
  11. Cut slices of avocado and lemon for serving with the quinoa and fish
  12. Sprinkle parsley over everything… it's pretty that way!
