- Put the biscuits in a bag and bash to break them. Make sure you have fragments of biscuit of roughly one centimetre. Do not make them like a powder.
- Beat the yolks and add the sugar. Once the sugar is mixed, add the cocoa powder, butter and once is all mixed together add the biscuits and mix again.
- Once combined, add the whites and mix again until smooth.
- On a sheet of tinfoil, place a piece of clingfilm the same size. Split the mix in two and put one of the two parts on the clingfilm. Roll to form a sausage then close with tinfoil.
- From the mixture, you can produce two chocolate sausages. Once they have both been closed, put in the freezer for at least a couple of hours. Take it out the freezer 30 min before serving and decorate to your preference.
