Steps to make Tuna Puff Pastry:
  1. Melt the butter on the stove in a small pot on low heat.
  2. Once the butter has melted add the flour to the butter and stir (the butter and the flour will form into clots/clumps.)
  3. Add 1 cup milk slowly while stirring the mixture vigorously to make sure that clumps do not form. If the mixture has clumps turn off the heat and keep stirring till the clumps are gone.   7. Lay out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 6 equal rectangles.
  8. Place a generous portion of filling in 3 rectangles and cut slits in other 3 rectangles. Place the rectangle with the slits on top of the rectangle with the filling and press down with your fingers around the edges to seal the pastry.
  9. Place on a baking sheet and brush each pastry on top with a beaten egg (for the nice golden baking color).
  10. Bake at 350 for about 15-20 mins or till the tops look golden brown.
