The ingredients needed to make Potato Toffee:
  1. Take 1 cup maida flour
  2. Prepare as required water
  3. Take as required oil to semi deep fry
  4. Prepare to taste salt
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric
  6. Take 1/2 tsp paprika powder
  7. Take 1/2 tsp dhania powder
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  9. Prepare 1 tsp jeera
  10. Make ready 1 tsp amchur powder
  11. Prepare 1 tsp ginger garlic crush
  12. Make ready 1 chopped chilli

First of all, add all purpose flour, salt, melted butter/Ghee, Nigella seeds, in a bowl, then add water gradually & mix well with the help of your hands, kneed a dough Add the boiled and mashed potato and stire it in low fire. Then add butter and vanilla essence and continue stirring until mixture leaves the sides of the pan. Don't refrigerate them, just leave them at room temperature once you've drained them until they are completely cooled, and then mash them until no lumps remain. If your potatoes are still warm when you add them to your mixture, there's a good chance they'll melt your butter.

Steps to make Potato Toffee:
  1. In a bowl add maida ata, oil,jeera and salt
  2. Add water slowly as required
  3. Knead a dough and leave aside to rest.cover with lid or damp cloth
  4. Add chillies, turmeric powder, paprika powder, dhania, amchur and jeera poqder and crushed ginger garlic and salt to mashed potatoes
  5. Mix well to form dough
  6. In a pan add 2 to tbsp oil and 1 to 1.5 tbsp besan ata and mix well
  7. Let the besan cool
  8. Add the besan to potato mixture
  9. Maida dough and filling is ready.lets make toffies now
  10. Take small tikkis of the dough
  11. Dust the tikki in dry dough and roll in oval shape
  12. Give 3 cuts as shown in the picture
  13. Heat oil to semi deep fry and add our toffies once oil is thoroughly heated
  14. Remove it once nice brown and crispy
  15. Serve hot with pudina chutney or ketchup

Fold in the potato chips, chocolate chips, and toffee. Do not overmix the dough at any point in this process. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Press a few more add-ins onto the tops for decoration.
