- In a bowl add all the ingredients mentioned in a dough portion and make a soft dough and keep a side
- Boiled and mashed potatoes, chopped coriander and green chilli
- In a pan add oil and add all the above spice except potatoes and mix it. Roast gram flour by stirring occasionally
- When all the spices mix properly add potatoes and mix it.. combined all the mixture and keep a side.
- Now make very small balls from a dough and a aloo mixture
- Roll a ball in a oval shape.. cut three slit in between (beware not to cut in edges)
- Place stuffing ball and seal the edges.. turn the side like a twist toffee
- Make all like this
- Heat oil and deep fry it… fry on low to medium heat.. remove on a tissue paper
- Serve with sauce and chutney
