Aloo Chana Chaat is very healthy dish, it is light but contains high amount of carbohydrates and vitamins, by eating potato you put on weight and with Chana you gain stamina. Take a bowl and add the potato cubes (boiled and cut into small cubes) and garbanzo beans (soaked overnight and boiled). Mostly chaats can be healthy, sometimes it has a lot of deep fried stuffs in them which makes them little heavy on tummy, This is one chaat which my hubby made, he added freshly chopped onions, tomatoes in them. So it is much healthier than normal ones.

- Cut boiled aloo in cubes - Take ghee in a non stick pan - Add aloo cubes and let them be crispy in oil on low flame - Keep turning the sides or evenly frying
- Once they are done - Remove them in a plate and add makhanas - Roast makhanas too in the leftover ghee so that they get crispy.
- Take them out in the same plate with aloo cubes and add black salt, chaat masala and red chilli powder. Add some roasted peanuts and pomegranate kernels too if you like.
- Add in green and tamarind chutney as per the liking.
- Give a toss to everything.
- Now place them in the tacos shell with some green leaves. - I have used lettuce, you can garnish with coriander too
- Pour some more chutneys over it and serve the aloo chaat tacos - Enjoy
