- Take a maida add salt and oil..devided by 3 parts maida
- Add three colour to diffrent part in maida..
- Making dought by 3 colour..
- Take a pan add boil aloo mash them add jeera powder,salt,redmirch,chatmasala..add coeianderin it..
- Take a dought make it circle add aloo mixer.. Make a differnt shape like samosa trophy,
- And cover it..
- Take a diffrent colour and make shape differnt..
- Fry in deep oil…
- Serve with green chutney..
