- Take Mint Mayo Dip
- Take 3/4 cup Mint leaves
- Make ready 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
- Get 2 green chillies
- Get 2 Garlic cloves
- Take 3 tablespoon curd
- Make ready 2 tablespoon fresh cream
- Take to taste Salt
- Prepare 1/2 cup plain mayonnaise

Instructions to make Chatpata and Healthy Tacos Recipe:
- In a bowl add flour, salt, 1 tablespoon oil and knead a semi soft dough using water and milk mixture, further knead the dough for 5 minutes till it is smooth using another tablespoon of oil. Once done cover with a samp cloth and set aside for 20 minutes.
- In a mixer jar add clean coriander and mint leaves, garlic, chopped green chillies, curd and cream. Make a fine paste.
- Add plain mayonnaise and blend again. The yummy mint Flavored mayo dip is ready.
- Wash and Soak rajma for 8 hours or overnight. Pressure cook with 1 1/2 cups of water. Take 4-5 whistles on high flame, then lower the flame on medium and take 2 more whistles. Cook the rajma until mushy.
- Staring the cooked Rajma, mash them. In a bowl mix rajma, mashed potatoes and crushed paneer.
- Add besan, chilli powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, salt, chopped coriander leaves and mix everything into a dough. Add more besan of the mixture is sticky.
- Make kebabs in preferred shape.
- Take besan and semolina for coating kebabs in separate bowls. Add some salt in the chickpea flour (besan). Make a paste by mixing some water.
- Dip the kebabs in besan, then in semolina. Keep aside and coat all the kebabs in this manner. (Can refrigerate or freeze these kebabs for later use)
- Kebabs are ready for shallow frying.
- Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Roast kebabs on both sides till golden brown.
- Take big lemon size dough and roll into thin roti. Apply a teaspoon of ghee.
- Apply the ghee by spreading evenly.
- Pleat the roti to a strip, roll it and tuck it in the center.
- Tuck the end this way. Gently press.
- Roll into thick chapati using some dry flour.
- Dry Roast on a tawa from the sides.
- Just half cook them and keep aside.
- For preparing tacos. Apply 2 tablespoons of mint dip onto the chapati.
- Place 2 kebabs on one side. Flip the other side of the chapati over the kebabs.
- Add ghee on hot tawa and roast taco well on all side.
- Healthy whole wheat tacos, with shallow fried kebabs and chatpata minty dip is ready to be served.
- Sprinkle chilli flakes and chaat masala powder on top of the tacos, also sprinkle some chopped mint leaves on top and serve immediately.
