- Prepare a dough using whole wheat, pinch of salt, 1tbs oil. Rest it for 15min. Then take a small portion of the dough, prepare a chapati, need to make lachha paratha peda and prepare lachha paratha.
- Take 2tbs of Schezwan sauce and 2tbs of mayo mix them well. Spread the mixture on the paratha. Place one or two tikkis on the paratha.
- If you want you can smash the tikkis and sprinkle some chat masala and oregano.
