First of all, add all purpose flour, salt, melted butter/Ghee, Nigella seeds, in a bowl, then add water gradually & mix well with the help of your hands, kneed a dough Add the boiled and mashed potato and stire it in low fire. Then add butter and vanilla essence and continue stirring until mixture leaves the sides of the pan. Don't refrigerate them, just leave them at room temperature once you've drained them until they are completely cooled, and then mash them until no lumps remain.

- Take flour salt and oil in a bowl and mix well.Now add sesame or ajwain seeds and water as required and knead a firm dough.Keep under wet towel for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan add turmeric powder, gram flour,chilli powder,garam masala.
- Saute till raw smell goes away.Add mashed potatoes to this and required salt and mix well.Cook for 2 minutes in low flame and switch off.
- Heat oil in deep pan.
- Roll each ball to egg shape and make 3 to 4 semi cuts in middle
- Now take a ball of filling roll in shape and keep on rolled dough ball and seal it in and twist the ends like toffee
- Start frying flipping sides till golden brown.
