  2. Take 10 garlics, finely minced
  3. Take Birdeye chillies as desired
  4. Make ready Oil for frying
  5. Prepare Chicken powder
  6. Make ready Some water
  7. Prepare Some flour

Sauté shallots, garlic & chili until wilted. Add in galangal, bay leaves, pepper & sauces; cook until fragrant. Stir in vegetables & tofu until it combine well with the seasoning. Pour in the water & broth powder.

  1. Marinate the tofu cubes in some water and chicken powder for 15 minutes.
  2. Rinse the water. Add in the flour. Coat the tofu until evenly coated.
  3. Heat the oil. Fry the tofu until golden brown. Set aside.
  4. Heat some oil. Fry the garlic until a bit golden brown then add in the chillies. Fry until golden brown.
  5. Throw some of the oil away then add in the tofu. Stir until evenly coated with the spices.
  6. Turn off the heat. Serve.
