Pretty OK Vietnamese food, not a big menu but for the location near a hospital it's a good place to go to get Vietnamese. This time I had a shrimp veggie stirfry noodle dish that was pretty good. I know others the frequent it and say it's good. The other few times I was here the Pho was good.

  4. Allow broth to cool. Strain broth and skim fat off the top.

  11. Start assembly of bowls. Fill bowl 1/4 full of noodles. Then lay beef and tripe slices on top. Cover with boiling broth. Drop in bean sprouts and green onions. Add desired toppings and serve. Place prepared toppings on a plate at the table in case more needs to be added

My bald friend Sonny loves the Pho Tom. Couldn't believe they were running out of the pho ga and mien ga. The service was good but considered a bit slow. Parking is very limited 😞 Chhuem's soups are more traditional Vietnamese and are less sweet. At Pho Lena East, my go-to place, soup is done Lao-style, with fried garlic, which is more common in Anchorage.
