- Add some oil to a nonstick pan and add chopped onions, garlic paste, ginger paste, chilli powder, curry leaves and chopped chillies. When it becomes a bite brownish add tomato puree and salt to taste cover and let it cook for 5 to 6 mins.
- Add soybeans, mix well and cover for 2 minutes to cook, garnish with coriander leaves and dish is ready to serve.
