- Take 1 and half cup of ragi powder in a vessel, mix it with half cup of dosa batter.
- Add little water and salt, combine well such that no lumps are formed. Now raagi batter is ready. Heat the pan, and start putting dosa. Raagi takes 2-3 minutes to cook in medium flame.
- Meanwhile, heat a kadhai pour 2 teaspoons of oil, add 2 chopped onions and roast for 3-4 minutes.
- After onion changes golden brown colour, add tomatoes, coriander leaves and red chillies. Roast them for 7-8 minutes in medium flame. Then let the mixture cool.
- Finally, grind the mixture in a mixie and make it to fine paste. Now in the same kadhai add 1teaspoon of oil, mustard seeds, urad dhal, curry leaves and add the ground paste. Now Spicy Tomato chutney is ready to serve with healthy ragi dosa.
Note: Instead of tempering , we can add pepper and Heat a kadai with oil and temper all the items given under "to temper". Now add the chutney to it and bring it to boil.
