Instructions to make Seafood Pasta:
  1. Chop your leek, onion, chilli and garlic cloves and heat in a pan with virgin Oil.
  2. Once soft and translucide, add the prawns and a nub of butter.
  3. Once prawns are turning pink, add the mussles (pre-washed) and a small glass of white wine (cover to allow the sauce to simmer gently).
  4. Put the fresh pasta in salted boiling water. Then the green peas in the pan with chopped parsley and chopped deseeded tomato.
  5. Once your pasta are cooked (shouldn't take longer than 2 minutes) put them directly in your sauce with a nub of butter, zest of your lemon and cracked pepper.
  6. Dress with one lemon wedges and more fresh parsley and tomato !
