Steps to make Cinnabon:
  1. Mix all of them to make the dough,cover it with cling film and leave it for an hour, then spread the dough on a floured surface. - Add a mix of butter, brown or granulated sugar, cinammon and cocoa powder. - Roll the dough and cut
  2. Place the cinnabon rolls on a baking tray and cover it with cling film, leaving it for another 1/2 an hour. - Preheat the oven on 200, put the tray in the oven for half an hour and keep an eye on it. - - The icing : - 4 tbs of soft cheese - 4 cubes of soft butter - 4 tbs granulated sugar - - Mix them with the electric mixer untill all ingredients blended.
  3. Notes : - No egg or water in this recipe. - Be careful during baking so that not to be burnt. - Warm milk is a must for the yeast to work, otherwise it won't
