This is a stuffing from one of my favourite blogs, Hapa Nom Nom which I've transformed into individual Pork Sausage Apple Stuffing in Pancetta Cups. I love the combination of pork and apple blended together and that is exactly what you get with this recipe. Cut a deep pocket into the side of each pork chop and stuff with the apple dressing. In a large skillet, brown the stuff pork chops on each side in the vegetable oil.
Instructions to make Pork And Apple Stuffing:
- Add the breadcrumbs to a large mixing bowl
- Add the cereal and mix
- Add the salt, pepper, sage and thyme and mix until all mixed in
- Add the boiling water to soak up and mix
- Add the sausage meat and mix well

- Add the olive oil mix it all .then add to a ovenproof dish cover with foil or lid and put in a preheated oven
- Cook on 175C / gas 6 for 20 out and mix it all up and put back in the oven for a further 20 minutes without a lid so as its a little crunchy on top.
- Serve on the side of any pork meal or Sunday Roast
- Mix in the crispy top and serve
Stir the stuffing, apple and cranberries in a medium bowl. Cut a lengthwise pocket in each pork chop. Stuff the pork with the stuffing mixture. I tried it with Dijon mustard instead of spicy mustard and it was very good. I will make this recipe again.
