  4. Stuffing with Jaggery Take 1 Tbsp Ghee in a kadai. Add 1 bowl crushed dal, 3/4th bowl Grated Jaggery, 1 Tbsp sliced Almonds, 1/4tsp Powdered cardamom,1/4 tsp Poppy seeds and 1/8th Tsp Nutmeg Powder, desiccated Coconut.Cook on low flame till it comes together and leaves the sides of the kadai
  5. Transfer the stuffing to a bowl and let it cool
  6. Roll a small oval from the roti dough. Place the stuffing on one side of it.cover with the other half. Cut the extra sides.
  7. And roll it to a thin roti. Apply ghee and roast it till golden brown on both the sides.
  8. Healthy puran poli is ready to serve.
