  6. Top up with some fresh chopped parsley or cilantro leaves
  7. Bake at 350ยฐC fo' 15-20 minutes by covering with an aluminium foil then remove the foil and bake fo' another 5 minutes
  8. Keep out of the oven
  9. Your vegan thanksgiving stuffing with apricots is ready to serve
